OUR STORY

The Journey Behind India in Lens

Every journey has its defining moments, and for me, it all began at Sambhar Lake. It was a chilly winter morning, and I set out to capture the majestic flamingos that gather at the lake during the winter season. Using my drone, I flew over the serene saltwater, mesmerized by the beauty of the birds. But suddenly, my drone crashed into the lake.

Despite the setback, I refused to let it be the end of my journey. After a determined search, I managed to retrieve the drone, but it was beyond repair. Instead of feeling defeated, I saw it as an opportunity. The very next day, I went to the market and bought an upgraded drone, ready to continue my adventure with renewed enthusiasm.

Not long after, I found myself in Ranthambore, a trip that would change everything. One of the key highlights of that trip was shooting at Padma Talab, a historic location where the first Jal Johar was held. The beauty and history of the place inspired me to create a reel that I shared on social media. To my surprise, it went viral, gathering over 4 million views.

This viral moment was the catalyst for India in Lens. It was the moment I realized the power of storytelling through visuals and the potential to capture India’s stunning landscapes and cultural depth. From then on, India in Lens became more than just a passion—it became my mission to showcase the beauty, culture, and history of India through my lens.
